Creative Services Manager | South-West London

This marketing agency is looking for a highly organised Creative Services Manager to run their busy creative studios. You will have proven traffic and project management experience, with a real ‘business head’ on your shoulders and bringing a strong commercial acumen to the table. Experience in an events/experiential agency would also be a huge bonus.

Taking a lead role in the control of studio workflow, you will be responsible for working with the account team and senior creatives to oversee all workflow and project management. Aspects to studio management will include duties such as server maintenance, asset control of files, ordering and storing studio materials.

As briefs come in you will be expected to take control in allocating your team appropriately, as well as managing time spent and budgets. This will all be part of your day-to-day management of studio resources. In addition you will be responsible for recruiting new team members and forecasting when this will be needed – both permanent and freelancers.

This is not just studio management however, as potential candidates will need to be commercially savvy, driving forward the business and accelerating creative output of their team. They will come into the role with existing knowledge of systems and processes that work across the whole business. You will be responsible for creating an efficient studio with a positive environment for the whole creative department.

Successful candidates will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing an agency design studio
  • Solid project management skills
  • Proven experience developing, implementing and running internal processes
  • Be a true relationship builder
