Online Marketing Manager
Our client is a leader in retail with an enviable portfolio of around over 20 highly successful brands. An opportunity has now arisen in the Marketing Department for the role of Online Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal to the development and deployment of the online promotional strategy for the one of the business's largest brands.
The successful candidate will seek out new opportunities to promote the brand across 3 websites and drive a programme of innovation to improve the customer experience and commercial performance of the online marketing channel.
Principal Accountabilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
*Report and review all online activity to support our commercial targets
*Manage the online marketing strategy and promotions for the brand
*Understand and own the customer journey online
*Develop programme of continuous improvement through analytical insight
*Manage, guide and develop a team of direct reports
To be successful in this role you will ideally have at least 4 years experience within an online marketing role, preferably in retail, and a minimum of 2 years management experience. You will also have excellent knowledge of the multi-channel spectrum with a strong commercial understanding and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of reporting packages such as coremetrics, and google analytics; be a strong communicator; possess excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
