My client is a really refreshing beauty brand with products suiting both men and women globally and at affordable prices.

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Category Manager to join their very successful sales team. You will be involved in not only providing a compelling category vision but also to give Brand and NPD Insight and Direction

The key day-to-day tasks of the Category Manager include:
  • Define and develop their category management vision and subsequent strategy by market
  • Influence the marketing and sales agenda to ensure business and category growth
  • Provide category and commercial insight which will influence the direction of new product development and assist product lifecycle management
  • Provision of leading edge shopper insight and implications / recommendations
  • Provide category and product sales insight to ensure that tactical opportunities can be sought and maximised
  • Provide commercial teams with insight and direction on the right pricing and promotional strategy

You will be an experienced Product/Category/Brand Manager who can hit the ground running and have the ability to influence at all level of the business

Key attributes of the Category Manager include:
  • Proven experience in Category Management - ideally in Beauty or Food
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Effective communication skills with a confident approach to presentations
