Digital Account Director – Stunning Agency – Central London – to £55k

One of London’s finest seeks a Digital Account Director to work across two key client accounts.

The agency creates impactful and fully integrated campaigns across both online and offline channels. These include direct mail, print media, DRTV, email, microsites, full websites and online advertising. Their mission is simply to be the best not the biggest.

The Digital Account Director Role

The agency seek an experienced Digital Account Director to help lead (with the support of a Group Account Director) one account and join a team of Account Directors on their other, biggest client. The first client spans digital strategy, user experience, design and implementation for their website, alongside the management of their social media strategy and online acquisition programme.

The other account is the agency’s biggest and the work involves all BTL comms including CRM, acquisition, business to business comms and management of large customer facing websites.

Traditional DM is not a necessary skill for this role.

Requirements for the Digital Account Director Role

  • You will have been a Digital Account Director for at least a year
  • Solid Digital experience is key as this is the main focus of the role – from IA, website build and management to online display
  • e-CRM and social media experience is also essential
  • You will be able to show evidence of previous planning/strategy skills
  • Great commercial acumen is required
  • Previous experience working with a data and planning department would be ideal
  • Strong delivery skills – you will need to be able to deliver digital solutions across a range of projects
  • Be able to work with clients across all levels and demonstrate gravitas
  • Be able to manage members of the team positively and be great at motivating
  • Must have great attention to detail
