My client is a growing agency dedicated to digital performance advertiusing and is part of one of the mjor advertising agency networks. Their services include Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display/Behavioral Targeting, Social Advertising, Mobile Marketing and more.

The role would be leading two of their most high profile accounts across paid search. Candidates expected to be highly proficient in paid search and have a working knowledge of other performance channels. This is managing a large team so must be able to demonstrate previous management expertise.
Managing the day to day running of a global bluechip account. Previous management experience preferable as would be responsible for a large team. Role is primarily PPC based but with plenty of opportunity to become involved in campaigns across all other areas of performance media.
Specific Responsibilities Include:

* Uncover/Understand client objectives, challenges and needs by performing regular client needs assessments
* Demonstrate RM thought leadership with clients by developing and presenting client industry/market research findings, search trends, benchmarking and other pertinent information

* Develop quarterly plan to translate strategy into action

* Lead quarterly planning process: Translation of client objectives into an overarching strategy

* Actively participate in long range strategic planning for client

* Identify, develop, present and transition new client opportunities that solve client problems and advance their business
* Support business development team in winning/transitioning new clients
* Lead development of client scope of work
* Coordinate with RM finance team and department leads to map staff to fees

* 2.5 years experience in paid search, preferably agency side
* Be a proactive self-starter
* Possess general knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and strategies
* Have a deep understanding of the interactive marketing landscape
* Have polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills
* Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
