Omega Pharma is a leading European and top 5 UK & Ireland consumer healthcare company based in central London, just a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall and Pimlico tube stations or a brisk 10 minute walk from Victoria.  Omega Pharma’s brand portfolio is seriously impressive with c.2,000 consumer brands across Europe.  Key high heritage brands in the UK are Nytol, Solpadeine, TCP, Buttercup and Beconase, but there are new, emerging and heavily supported brands too such as XLS-Medical launched early 2012.  With an expanding portfolio of newly acquired consumer brands, new product launches and positive sales growth, plus a commitment against continued ATL investment, a new Brand Manager position has been created for Nytol – the No.1 sleeping aid sold within grocery retail, high street mults and pharmacies.  This is an excellent time for a Brand Manager to join as investment is planned plus an exciting pipeline of innovation.  The UK is the lead country for Nytol and as a consequence, everything comes from the UK team so you’ll be P&L accountable and will work with the Marketing Manager on the creation and delivery of ATL marketing communication.  There’s also plenty of scoping work to be done too.  This is an integral role to the business where demands are high and success rewarded; you’ll also be given the opportunity to work with highly experienced, professional marketers with blue chip manufacturer backgrounds, in a role with a high level of autonomy and accountability.  Why apply?  You’ll be looking to truly embed your current experience and develop into an even more rounded FMCG brand marketing specialist.

Our Ideal Candidate

Omega Pharma recruits the very best marketers and people with real potential to move within the business.  As the Nytol Brand Manager, you will have 3+ years’ experience and a proven track record in FMCG brand marketing gained whilst working for a blue chip manufacturer. Commercially astute and able to extract insight via strong data analysis skills, you will also have experience of developing ATL campaigns and building effective sales team and agency relationships.  Strong leadership skills, credibility, authority and a real make it happen attitude will ensure you are a success in this truly exciting and unique Brand Manager role.
