Proud to have had their outstanding work recognised at many award parties over the years and shortlisted for numerous awards this year, this well respected integrated creative agency is in the heart of London's creative scene and soon it will be celebrating its tenth year running.

As a birthday treat the agency is kicking off with the hire of a new Planning Director, followed by a few hot new client wins and then a grown up mantelpiece for the mounting accolades

Known for a lot more than just an agency that builds brands using bright thinking and clever creative, they bring world class brands to life in a digital world; their work can be seen in every corner of the world.

With a team of planners, data specialists, creative conceptual thinkers, designers and digital developers all in-house, the Planning Director will need to be an expert in big thinking strategy and a master in delivering big creative ideas across a nice mix of top name client brands.

Talk on the street these days is that the folks in this solid agency set up don't care what side of the line they approach things from. Their sweet spot is making digital count and participation driven ideas are pretty much in their creative DNA - as a result the Planning Director they fancy must think multi-channel and encourage participation, whereby clever ideas work harder by linking the real and virtual worlds.

With proven experience in building brand values already under your belt, the Planning Director will be expected to shed light and inspiration on multi-channel planning and recognise when simplicity is a lot more powerful than a song and dance.

Working together seamlessly to drive creative thought, the team here are an eclectic bunch, with many different skills, and in a world that is changing every minute, they all truly believe that their award winning work is making a difference.

As you'd expect from an agency that sets itself such high standards. It's crucial the person they hire comes with the right background - equally, it's important to also get the cultural fit bang on right.
To be considered, the Planning Director will need to be a tower of strength in digital knowledge, be familiar with customer journeys and exhibit strong eCRM know-how, yet apply multi-channel thinking to solving clients' business challenges.

An accomplished planner who's gained experience from working across integrated and digital pieces of business in a purest planning role in a creative agency environment will do well here.

If you're one who strongly believes that partnership is what makes things satisfying, fun and, above all, successful and enjoy creating work that influences behaviour, you'll thrive here.

If you're able to demonstrate the gravitas needed to nurture long term client relationships, have a long-term career ambition of running a planning department and are looking for a role that offers full autonomy and complete ownership then this newly created position will definitely appeal.
