A market leading provider of digital media trading technology (DSP) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sales Director with a strong Digital and Advertising Technology background.

As a Global Leader within DSP and Advertising Exchange Technology with sophisticated data audience analysis and tools, this exciting Digital platform have the market share and are very much thought leaders within the Online Technology landscape.

You will need truly exceptional sales, communication and analytical skills. The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying and executing international client relationships across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

The company displays measurably superior performance than its competitors and is capitalizing its position in the market by expanding. However it still maintains its fun, startup environment that all new starters must want to be a part of.

The Role:

* Implement a strategic sales plan to ensure revenue targets are hit or exceeded
* Cultivate and expand agency partnerships by developing a detailed understanding of the client needs and ensuring these are met
* Recognise the changes to the digital landscape, reporting agency, advertiser and vendor behavior to the organization
* Attend industry events to promote brand awareness

The Candidate:

* Demonstrable track record of outstanding online advertising sales
* Strong west end digital media agency contacts
* Strong understanding of online advertising technology and market trends - DSP, RTB, SSP
* A proven ability to collaborate and establish relationships
* Sense of humour a must!
