Creative Account Director / Art Director

My client is a true leader when it comes to the modern day Marketing Agency. They are experts in creative activation for Print, video, social media, digital, websites, Content, Moving Image, POS, and Marketing Technology.

Their clients are large well known brands, high street names, corporate and FMCG's.

Due to continued growth at this top agency they require a Creative Account Director / Art Director.

This role is the most senior person based onsite with an existing client. They will be managing a client team of 5, including 3 on-site.

They will be responsible for:
  • Growth (Gross profit and Account), strategy
  • Managing artwork scheduling within the studio
  • Attending client briefs
  • Attending client weekly WIP meetings
  • Traffic Management
  • Writing and implementing marketing mix across all channels
  • Covering video, social media, print, digital and websites.
  • Some above-the-line, but predominantly below-the-line.
  • Planning for best routes to market and marketing mix
  • Able to understand the client brand and target audience
  • Sector experience: Mobile/Telecoms ideal - similar essential.
  • Able to understand and learn from marketing insight on effectiveness
