Product Marketing Manager

We have opportunities in this role in London.

Focus on success
Join Barclays as a Product Marketing Manager and you'll take our customer focus to a whole new level. As part of a new, high-performing marketing team, you'll make sure that only the best ideas are brought to market and deliver products and services that are engaging, easy to understand and bring real value to our customers. We'll give you everything you need to build a culture of innovation - and the career to match.

What you'll give our customers as a Product Marketing Manager
We'll count on you to analyse the ideas from each business area to make sure they meet customer needs and help cement our position in the marketplace. That will involve stopping progress on ideas that aren't up to standard, encouraging innovation and keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do. You'll also follow each idea through the insights and testing process and ensure that great ideas are backed up with the right resources and funding for a speedy delivery.

What you'll get in return
Help our customers get the best that Barclays has to offer, and you'll get the same in return. We're not just talking about valuable benefits like great bonus potential, private healthcare, childcare savings, and a huge range of employee discounts. You'll also enjoy a unique company spirit that believes in giving people the freedom to do a great job today, and the support to reach their biggest ambitions in the future.

What you'll need as a Product Marketing Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need product and marketing experience and a track record of delivering high-quality analysis, building strategies and delivering products that keep customers coming back for more. Excellent communication, analytical and MS Office skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders. What's more, we'll need to see experience of working in the financial services industry or a regulatory environment.

We'll judge you on your ability and nothing else.
