Head of Knowledge - Award Winning Digital Marketing Technology
Up to £40,000 depending on experience + pension and up to 10% bonus

The Head of Knowledge is a senior role with responsibilities across the business for developing and maintaining our internal and external education strategy.

The role includes developing our educational strategy, training course and material production, event organisation and training delivery. 

We are looking for a passionate communicator and trainer who has experience of the digital industry to shape and maintain our training programs and education based marketing seminars – someone who has the ambition to maintain and further develop our position as thought leaders within our industry.

This important role also includes the responsibility of ensuring our growing number of employees can understand and communicate important concepts that underpin our success

Overall Responsibility for Content and Direction of:

> Our regular education based marketing seminar events

> Our Online accreditation program

> Standardisation and delivery of our consultancy led training

> Internal skills transfer, communications and knowledge base systems

Head of Knowledge Skills and experience needed:

> Online marketing industry knowledge

> Excellent interpersonal and training skills

> Experience of structuring and delivering training programs

> Proven project management skills

> Aligning educational content with strategic goals

> Working under pressure and to tight deadlines

Other useful skills and experience:

> Production of online video accreditation programs

> ‘Train the trainer’ experience
