Senior Creative Services Manager

Our client is a leading agency in the UK and they are embarking on a major investment drive after a great year where they have worked closely with some iconic brands on a global basis. Their current client list includes some tremendous brands and they need to attract exciting energetic people that can help take the agency to the next level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant individual to lead their fledgling Creative Services department. Having great hands on design experience in a fast pace environment is a must, but of equal importance is having the entrepreneurial flair and ability to build a department and manage a team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all the output is exciting, beautiful and to the very high standards that you will set.

You will have an ingrained knowledge of current industry practice and pricing as well as the ability to spot opportunity, growing revenue from our current roster of clients as well as developing new revenue streams. In certain instances you will need to be able to work as part of the pitch process as well as liaise face to face with clients.


●Excellent Adobe Suite skills
●Ability to use a variety of Microsoft packages and be able to pick up new technology quickly
●Excellent awareness of all things digital from social media to its practical application in a design context
●Good awareness of commissioning process of diverse creative skills
●Excellent organisational and time management skills
●Excellent Management Skills able to lead a team under pressure
●Excellent communication and 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and client
●Confidence, tact and a persuasive manners
●Entrepreneurial approach to project management and client business development
●Personable professional manner & a 'can do' attitude
●A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
●An excellent sense and the ability to work and manage budgets


●Experience of working in a commercial studio setting in a management capacity
●Experience of working with a range of partners and suppliers
●Experience of managing freelancers and commissioning work for a creative studio
●Experience of working with brands
●Knowledge of Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and efficient research
