Working on personalised offers to customers, the Product Manager will support the planning, development and delivery of market-leading products. The role will be responsible for the planning, developing and delivering of specific marketing products. Running trials, you will be accountable for the life cycle of the projects, support the reporting and tracking, to ensure that impact is clearly quantified.
You will take ownership of stakeholder relationships; you will be commercially savvy and highly customer focused, able to analyse the medium and long term potential of the innovations. The ideal candidate will come from a digital campaign planning & management background, be well versed in social media and communities building, and have strong multi-channel experience.
