An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with an international travel company. My client are looking for a creative and commercially savvy product manager to work as an integral member of their marketing team in shaping their future strategy.

Job function..

Working within a team of 5 Product Managers, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of CRM solutions and product initiatives that will drive more efficient marketing and sales processes for the business. In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Planning product features and evaluating performance
- Driving new product strategy
- Using web analytics to improve existing product performance
- Growth of social media tools and additional features
- Conduct appropriate research in order to best understand customer needs
- Project manage the implementation and delivery of chosen product development
- Create and execute product strategy for your area

Ideal Candidate

- Will be experienced in product management and ideally from an ecommerce background
- Hold strong analytical skills and have a proven track record for defining and executing analysis
- Have experience with CRM or sales support tools
- Strong communication skills as well as having a natural methodological approach to problem solving
- Be experienced in the use of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint and be an expert user of both in line with analysis, research and presenting finding.
