We have a great new role working for a famous pureplay brand in the West London area.
With an enviable product and brand portfolio, this business is now in a period of great growth and looking for a CRM Manager to join their team!

The CRM Manager will have full end to end responsibility for campaigns, from segmentation and message including email, life-cycle & re-engagement programs. You will manage segmentation projects to identify key customer groups and set up loyalty schemes to ensure repeat custom. You will also liaise with other departments including customer service, marketing, development, and product teams to ensure that all customer touch points are effectively used to support the CRM strategy.

This is a stand-alone position and so requires someone who is comfortable with being hands-on. Prior experience gained agencyside or any B2C market would be preferred. Most importantly you will have experience in setting up CRM/Retention strategies. You must have a good understanding of database management and segmentation techniques and be able to share best-practices across the business.
