Digital Project Manager - Cheshire

Our client is a leading player in the Comms field on an international scale and they are looking to recruit a Digital Project Manager to take responsibility for start to finish project management of digital deliverables in an agency environment. This will involve working directly with clients, or in partnership with one of the multichannel communications agencies within Group. The Digital Project Manager may also take a supporting role in larger-scale projects or initiatives.

The Digital PM controls and implements delivery of electronic products, meeting the high standards required by our clients. They must develop relationships with internal teams, build a good understanding of our products and the needs of our clients and effectively manage internal resources and budgets. The Digital PM reports to an eProject Leader, as part of the Project Management team within the business.

Knowledge of full software delivery cycle across a range of deliverables (web, mobile apps, multimedia, e-detailing/e-learning, etc)
An avid interest in digital communication/internet/ technology
A high standard of written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent grasp of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) an advantage

Areas of Responsibility

 Lead the planning and implementation of projects defined by your manager

 Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

 Develop and manage project budget

 Work with development team to manage resource allocation

 Develop, maintain and communicate project timelines

 Maintain a full understanding of project requirements, and ensure these are understood by both internal teams and clients

 Testing of completed projects, and maintenance of issue logs

 Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

 Liaison with partner-Agency teams to manage content QC reviews

 Maintain a good understanding of all products and service offerings and how they are used by clients

 Review and understand product specifications (blueprints) for projects and monitor final project against approved product specification.

 Work effectively with internal teams to ensure project meets objectives and deadlines

 Produce project budget sheets using a range of charge-out rates and currencies

 Update the financial reports and ensure information is accurate and complete for your projects

 Monitor time against projects and proactively communicate changes in specification or budget to customers.

 Knowledge of, and adherence to, all internal procedures and processes

 Participate in training and maintain knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory compliance guidelines
