We are on the hunt for an experienced Direct Marketing Manager with proven talents in driving marketing strategy and delivering successful, multichannel customer acquisition and retention campaigns, online and offline to achieve revenue targets.

Joining the marketing team of a leading media company you`ll be managing a growing portfolio of specialist publications, working with publishers to devise and implement profitable and strategic direct marketing campaigns. Utilising all channels, with a strong focus on developing online opportunities, you`ll attract new readers and retain existing subscribers whilst managing a marketing budget to ensure your financial, as well as promotional, objectives are met.

You`ll be educated to degree or diploma level in marketing with solid DM experience across all channels with demonstrable experience in digital such as ecommerce, email, e-CRM, display and social media. Previous experience in a subscriptions, mail order or other DM orientated environment would be highly beneficial. Results-driven with a focus on RoI, the ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical expertise to evaluate and report on campaign success.

You can expect a salary of up to £30k (pro rata) and the opportunity to join a leading business in a friendly team with the scope to develop your skills and experience to progress your career.

This is initially a fixed term contract of 6 months but you never know, a longer term opportunity may arise for a star performer.
