SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | Independent agency | FMCG/B2C | £22-25k

As Senior Account Executive, you will be reporting into an Account Director so will have bags of opportunity to gain experience, grow your career and be given tons of responsibility!

The chosen Senior Account Executive will be familiar with and comfortable working on FMCG brands and is experienced in managing integrated campaigns for large accounts.  You will be working across promotional, shopper marketing, advertising, direct/CRM, experiential and digital so relevant integrated experience is required.

You will support the AD and be the day to day contact for the client, responsible for successful delivery of annual account plans and achieving profit targets.  As Senior Account Executive you will manage upwards to line manager, involving where necessary and providing regular status and updates for all relevant projects

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an agency environment (for at least a year, ideally two) and fully grasped the process and procedures that an account handler requires.  You are a Senior Account Executive who is an Integrated thinker with a good understanding of how sales promotion, instore, digital and social media work as part of the marketing mix and have worked on FMCG brands.


  • Delivering 1st class account management on all campaigns, including
  • Establishing a trusted partnership with the brand teams
  • Management of the creative process within the agency
  • Ensuring big ideas become reality by executing them to the agency’s high standards
  • Taking ownership of campaign resource and finances to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and maximise profit
  • Regularly reviewing and reporting to the team and client on campaign progress
  • Drive business growth through existing clients, working with line manager to develop a proactive action plan
  • Utilise the agency’s skill sets in the formulation and delivery of campaigns
  • Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge by seeking out and reporting any competitor activity or interesting developments in the industry.
