Adam would like to experienced e-commerce manager to play a key role in the further development of this leading retail & consumer products business. Having grown from being a traditional supplier to mass retail, the business has migrated in recent years to being a major e-commerce company and as a result are looking to recruit a digital marketing expert to further develop this in-house skill set.

eCommerce Marketing Manager

This role is a great opportunity to have key responsibility for the growth and success of 2 key digital brands to specified revenue targets by channel.

This is a high profile brand for the business and is driven through the acquisition and retention of new and existing customers, utilising creative and structured digital marketing activities to generate web traffic and optimise conversion to e-commerce sales.

Working as part of a talented and successful digital team, this specialist role, requires excellent communication and man-management skills and good commercial acumen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

> Management of the e-commerce website including on-going development and optimisation.
> Create strong, structured and coordinated digital marketing campaigns
> Management of SEO, PPC and digital display advertising
> Development of social media strategy and plan
> Set up and management of affiliate programmes
> Managing tracking, reporting and analytics
> Monitoring KPI's and continually optimising to maximise ROI
> Effectively manage external supplier(s) and develop new business relationships
> Ensuring all online activity is budgeted and delivered on time, against business objectives

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and eCommerce professional with a proven track record in managing an online UK business to consumer (B2C) brand or business to business (B2B).

You will have extensive experience of website development, content management, PPC and SEO, digital display advertising, user testing and web analytics. You will be a team player, with a structured and consistent style with the ability and confidence to add value quickly.

This role is the 'digital lead' within the business, you must be passionate about both the brand and digital- ahead of the trend as new technologies come to the market.
