Our client is a fast growing and innovative international manufacturing FMCG business with ambitious plans that have created a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture that offers autonomy and excellent progression and development opportunity.

Working alongside and supporting the talented commercial, category and branding teams this is an autonomous and influential position with a remit of increasing expertise in consumer, retailer, shopper and business insight across the business.

Working closely with research, advertising and media agencies you will be tasked with managing ad-hoc research, both qualitative and quantitative, to deliver relevant data insights in order to shape communication, positioning, design and category strategies.

In order to be considered you will be degree educated and with a proven track record within a recognised FMCG business and perhaps some experience within a research agency prior to this. You will have a demonstrable knowledge and understanding of multiple research methodologies from advertising testing, brand tracking, as well as consumer sensory testing and segmentation. With strong project management skills you will have knowledge of shopper research techniques and an understanding of how to drive actionable business insights. In addition to this you will be self motivated, able to work independently, and have the ability to communicate in a simple and effective way about the insight story.

Due to the location of their Bedfordshire office, this role could be of interest to those living in Bedford, St Neots, Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Letchworth, Kettering, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Luton, Hertford, Royston, Huntingdon, St Ives, and Bishops Stortford.
