Digital Account Director London £50-60,000

This truly is a unique and stimulating role working very closely with an established digital team. As an Account Director you'll really take ownership of a couple of key brands for the agency and drive digital strategy forward. You will work across all key digital platforms

The Role

As an established AD you will be responsible for devising and implementing solutions that fits the client's brief and therefore a solid agency background is essential. Other responsibilities of the role include
  • A proven track record in developing stakeholder engagement and relationships with senior clients
  • Strategic direction defining the shape of campaigns with full budget responsibility
  • Experience of leading multiple accounts and managing time effectively amongst them
  • To produce quarterly strategic accounts plans for review with client accounts
  • To lead, motivate, develop and appraise direct reports and build expertise within the account management team
  • To have overarching responsibility and ownership of client accounts ensuring revenue growth, profitability, sales and engagement targets are met
  • To influence the agency's proposition and service offering based on client feedback, market context and insight

The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to come up with new ideas, someone who is experienced, motivated and impassioned about communicating strong campaigns through various digital techniques
  • You will need to demonstrate a world class understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be applied to solve customer issues and provide value
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively
  • A track record of leading multiple accounts and managing time effectively
  • Confident communicator with strong client leadership and project management skills
  • A proven ability to manage others and work collaboratively with peers to drive operational effectiveness
  • Experience of leading multiple accounts and managing time effectively amongst them
  • Strong relationship builder
