Digital Gurus are recruiting a senior account executive / junior account manager to join a small / medium sized leading digital agency based in London.

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad spectrum of marketing communications, including direct mail, email, online acquisition banners, CRM and various adhoc projects e.g. mobile apps. You will be involved with every aspect of the project to successful, timely delivery, and manage relationships with all other agency departments to ensure a fantastic end result.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the new AM will include:

*Comfortable working across a range of clients
*Liaising with client services manager to ensure that all relevant material is produced to agreed deadlines
*Writing briefs for creative/studio
*Obtaining amends from the client and traffic work through creative/studio
*Presenting cost estimates in a formal budget for client, and managing project costs so that budgets are accurately adhered to
*Creating and amending timing plans & status reports, generating and distributing client meeting contact reports
*Appraising creative work constructively with aim of achieving creative excellence and producing ideas which answer the brief whilst exciting and challenging the client
*Liaising with suppliers - obtaining, fulfillment and handling quotes and approving artwork for print.
*Aiming to surprise and delight clients wherever possible
*Keep the Account Director fully up to date with agency progress and process
*Help train and nurture the Account Executive on the team
*Support the wider team

Knowledge Skills and Experience

*Be able to use his/her initiative
*Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator both written and verbally - with colleagues, clients and suppliers
*Good organizational and time management skills
*Financial Services experience preferred but not essential
*Be a team player
*Keen to learn new skills
*Proactive in seeking new opportunities and ways to make things better
