Joining as a Customer Retention Manager / Retention Marketing Manager you will develop intelligence about the way customers buy from our client and identify ways to grow their life-time value. You will use these insights to build a kick-ass retention programme that will encourage customers to buy again. You will figure out the role our clients lovely brochures and emails play within this programme and you will think about new ways to 'wow' them by creating a brilliant experience.

As the Customer Retention Manager / Retention Marketing Manager you will form part of a talented team full of highly driven people with bags of passion and a real can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who will fit right in and help build something truly brilliant.

To qualify... You will need to be a talented Customer Retention Manager / Retention Marketing Manager who can demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of planning and delivery marketing and CRM wizardry to deliver outstanding results;
  • You are a master of the principles of CRM and customer lifetime value;
  • Strong analytical skills with a great head for numbers;
  • A scientific mindset who likes to test things so our client knows exactly what is working and what needs to be improved upon;
  • Ace management skills and an ability to get the best out of people;
  • A real can-do attitude with willingness to get your hands dirty, get on with the job and make great things happen;
  • A high attention to detail and commitment to deliver outstanding work to agreed deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
