Senior Account Manager – Stunning Agency - Central London– up to £37k

One of London’s finest requires an experienced Senior Account Manager to work on two major accounts, one charity and one commercial.

The Agency

This is an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to work on two exciting accounts with lots of exposure to a broad range of channels including but not limited to DM, email, OLA, press and DRTV.

The Senior Account Manager will be integral to the production of creatively outstanding work, and integrating with other agencies and clients.

This will provide great scope for the successful candidate to cultivate and develop their strategic knowledge and client servicing skills – there is plenty of scope for development and in fact the agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager who is keen to move up the ladder to Account Director within the next 6-12 months.

The agency are also looking for a Senior Account Manager who has previous management experience as they will managing a team beneath them.

The Senior Account Manager Role:

  • To manage day to day relationships and oversee delivery of campaigns across warm and cold audiences through on and offline channels
  • To develop and build excellent client relationships
  • To develop and build excellent internal relationships
  • To seek out and develop new opportunities and drive delivery of new initiatives in development
  • Hold the shared management of an Account Manager
  • Brief, review and present creative
  • Keep track of campaign finances to ensure profitability along with Account Director
  • Work with and develop inter-agency relationships (media, data)
  • Foster relationships with wider client organisation

Characteristic of the ideal Senior Account Manager:

  • An enthusiastic, motivated individual - lots of energy.
  • Proactive and independent but very much a team player
  • Prior Direct Marketing experience, both off and online
  • Ideally have prior not for profit experience
  • 3 years agency experience
  • Experienced at managing sizeable integrated projects through from start to finish
  • Experienced at managing AM/AE
  • Show evidence of communications strategy involvement
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task across a number of project
