Immediate starter needed NOW for this fab interim opportunity to take on a much-loved, heritage brand for a major global FMCG and drive real growth in a category with huge development potential.  This challenging role needs a super-capable operator with a strong FMCG training who is looking for a challenge.  In this key role, you will work closely with the senior team on a huge array of initiatives from A&P, brand activation, digital & experiential activity, sponsorship to NPD and packaging development – leading your own projects and building a real presence in the UK market for a brand which is a $multi-million icon in the US.  For someone looking to get some real achievements under their belts, this is one of those rare opportunities in which you can show your leadership skills and marketing flair, and be a key player in a dynamic, fast-based, supportive and embracing business culture.  Temp to perm a real possibility for the right person.

Our Ideal Candidate

A classic full-mix training in a leading FMCG environment is key for this role.  You’ll be commercially savvy and have exceptional project management skills and will have gained broad exposure across the mix including A&P development, digital marketing, PR and in-store activation; you’ll also have been involved in packaging development/design and NPD.  With a positive, warm approach and a sense of fun, you’ll enjoy working in a close-knit environment where cross functional working with colleagues in commercial and insight functions is the norm.  A passion for marketing and brands goes without saying – we are looking for someone with leadership potential, tenacity, resilience and drive who can bring new ideas to the table and drive them through.  An interest in cooking and baking would be very useful.
