The Account Director will strengthen the senior account managements capabilities, bringing their passion and leadership abilities to the fore. They will be strong in strategic planning and well versed in guiding and consulting with clients, providing concise and structured strategy.The Account Director then will be exceptional in delivering on time and in budget.

The Account Director will also drive business growth, creating proactive plans and acting on opportunity. They will have a keen understanding of digital, its different channels and technologies and how data works and is utilised.

The Account Director will be responsible for developing commercial opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, leading the team and giving direction and support while at the same time monitoring and reviewing the processes in place.

The Account Director must have a:

- Good technical understanding at a micro or macro level.
- Strong knowledge of digital and data.
- Preferably, agency background.
- Keen mind for strategy.
- Team spirited, hands on attitude.
