£45 - 55K (depending on candidate experience)


• 5-7 years industry experience working agency-side

• Extensive experience producing digital work, with a big emphasis on branded online content (video)

• Extensive network of suppliers, including: video production, web builds, OLA freelancers, motion graphics specialists, mobile development and social specialists

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality digital work to tight timelines

• In-depth understanding of different types of production processes – video production for branded content, web builds, mobile builds, social builds, OLA delivery

• Strong grasp of current digital trends and technologies

• Passion for understanding emerging digital trends

Job description:

As Senior Production Manager/Production Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the

production within Epic. Working with a Senior Production Manager and a Production Executive, you will be involved in all aspects of our output as an agency. This will include managing the creative process from a production perspective, including producing timelines and costs, booking in reviews, allocating internal resource, liaising with account teams and providing updates, through to selecting and souring any partners for the eventual production of any work.

In addition, you will also be responsible for managing our in-house production capabilities, which currently includes design. As part of this, you will also work with the Managing Director to add further permanent resources to this team, including OLA specialists and developers. As part of this process, you will also be required to source and selected third party partners and freelancers where required, as such a strong network of reliable and quality contacts is essential.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be managing work such as: OLA campaigns (from concept through to build), web design and development, content production (from images through to video), Digital OOH development, Mobile builds and social builds. Success in this role is very simple – quality work delivered on-time and on-spec.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Management for the production process for creative ideation, from pre, during and post

• Management of internal production resources

• Building internal production team with permanent resources

• Souring of third-party partners and freelancers

• Supplying of production plans detailing timings and costs

• Liaising with account teams to update on progress
