MULTI-CHANNEL CREATIVE MANAGER - Leading Homewares/Retail Brand

An exciting opportunity has come up to join a major high street Home wares retailer as a Multi-Channel Creative Manager

The Multi Creative Design Manager will be responsible for driving the vision and delivery across all aspects of the look and feel (design, content and product photography) of the home wares Multichannel, across Mobile, Apps, 3rd party sites and in store multichannel initiatives eg digital screens, Ipads, touch screens, click and collect.

Key Tasks

Reporting to the Multichannel Director and working closely with the Creative Director and Divisional Buying Directors to deliver a step change in shifting customer's perceptions of Home wares through the digital channels - website, online marketing and social media. Evolve the creative vision online to a consistent high standard across all divisions and channels.

Manage the fast growing online creative team of designers. Plan and execute a comprehensive plan across design, content and photography which drives the look and feel whilst achieving the trading and marketing objectives and working closely with production and development in terms of feasibility and delivery.

Key Skills

You will be a strong creative all rounder with a exceptional track record digitally who has the vision and capability to take Home wares to the next level.

Have a collaborative approach with the existing team. You will need to develop, inspire and naturally lead existing designers and content team as well as interact and develop synergy with offline creative team.

You will have creative vision and experience of taking established brands to the next level and knows what's required to do it.

Have strong opinions on refreshing websites and capable of working within an established ecommerce team to deliver it.

Add value in the design, content and photography process - planning, briefing, feedback - to deliver best end result

Experience of working across all digital mediums and applications is essential eg video, mobile and social media.

Art direction and understanding of photography, particularly product photography

Ability to influence at director level

Ability to work at pace, juggling projects getting balance between quality and quantity
