CRM Manager - The Company

My client is a leading international luxury brand who have big plans to grow their digital footprint further over the next 12 months. Working across multiple sites across the group internationally, this high end brand are looking for a data driven CRM Manager to join their team .

CRM Manager - The Role

*Define, develop and deliver a segmented customer prospecting and acquisition strategy
*Deliver and manage and rollout, segmented group-wide customer retention strategy
*Define and deliver customer content strategy
*Develop and roll out refined trade and customer (existing as well as prospective) communications framework
*Data capture and quality management
*Customer profiling, analysis and segmentation
*Lead project to identify guests and prospective guests through profitability modelling
*Manage CRM system and campaign delivery
*Manage distribution of all B2B and B2C communciations
*Manage customer research programmes
*Campaign analysis and strategy recommendations
*Manage partnership relationships with CRM opportunities
*Planning and budgetary control of all CRM marketing aspects
*Management of one direct report
*Senior Leadership and Stakeholder management
*Management of several external agencies

CRM Manager - Key Skills

*Strong CRM background with experience in data segmentation
Proven track record working with an ESP (Neolane, Exact Target, Ecircle, Responsys or Silverpop)
*Analytical and results driven
*Driving acquisition opportunities in a luxury or niche industry environment
*Understanding of brands and brand development
*Excellent relationship management skills - internal and external
*Strong and credible communicator with senior leadership
*Experience of working in luxury or high end sector (beneficial but not essential)
