Excellent chance for an experienced Performance specialist to take a lead role at this great mid sized agency across all media channels.

Working for this great mid sized media agency within their Performance team you will take a key role across one of their largest accounts working across all media channels including developing and evolving digital platforms.  Effectively operating as the number 2 within the Performance team you will be fully responsible for driving the strategic development of your key accounts while overseeing the implementation of campaigns within wider teams and specialist media business units.  Around 60% of your time will be working on the core account which offers multiple brands covering a number of sectors.  The remainder of your account management time will see you working in both a direct and brand response capacity for a selection of accounts offering masses of variety and differing brand objectives.  Within the team you will be key to the ongoing development of the Performance model working closely with analytics, brand planning teams and specialist media units to educate and develop the knowledge of Performance across the wider agency.  You will also take a lead in managing junior staff in the department and deputise for the head of the department when necessary.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced media professional who can demonstrate a strong background in direct response where they have worked on significant spending accounts across all media channels.  You will need to demonstrate outstanding client management skills and be confident with developing relationships with clients at a most senior level.  Well versed across all media channels you will be keen to get involved in developing the department and agencies offering to clients and will be motivated by spreading the word of Performance across the wider agency.  You will be motivated by developing junior talent in the team and have a genuinely upbeat and driven approach which will serve you well at this very upbeat and fun agency.  You will need to have a sound appreciation of econometrics and work in unison with analytics teams to add real weight to your campaigns.  In return you will be working for a truly fun and friendly agency with a very happy workforce who go to real lengths to ensure staff are motivated and driven in their roles.
