My client is a fresh thinking agency with a young, energetic attitude, providing specialist services to brands or a full service offer.

Clients range from some of the biggest media owners in the UK to large communications and financial brands.

The Agency are launching a new Content Lab which will offer best in class dynamic content and digital delivery solutions to a range of clients so are looking for bright and talented people with a passion for digital media to come in and help drive the business forward.

The role

The new Content Lab is a new department so they are looking for a talented Digital Designer who can play a pivotal role within the new team.
You will be working in the Content Lab alongside the Content Producer and Content Developer. The lab will sit within the wider Digital Team. So you will need to have experience of working with a development team to produce a website, you will be highly creative and have the ability to take user stories and design interfaces which meet the business requirements.


Develop storyboards, graphics, visuals and mock-ups
Design & revision of html email layouts, landing pages and online advertising banners Implement brand guidelines and styles to layouts
Assist the Senior Managers in day-to-day activities
Plan projects effectively according to multiple deadlines
Work alongside the development and wider digital teams
Contribute brand strategy meetings.
Liaise with external contacts.
Ad hoc hands on design and sub-editing
Exceptional standards in Adobe CS5 / CS6
Knowledge of dynamic creatives - DC Studio
Animation (After Effects / Flash) and HTML5, CSS skills
A design degree and design agency experience


Keen eye for detail
Experience producing a high standard of work in an fast-paced environment
Strong ability to understand client needs and consider practical solutions
Exceptional layout and typographical skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Top level understanding of design principles
Desire to learn new technologies
Good understanding of web standards and usability trends
Knowledge of video editing
