Our client is a market leader within its category, both at a domestic level and internationally.  Double digit growth has resulted in the need to up weight the marketing function and so now we seek a talented FMCG candidate to take on the role as Marketing Manager.  The Marketing Manager will report to the International Marketing Director and be responsible for global strategy development across a number of brands, platforms and countries.  This is a very insight driven, innovation led role where strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively consult with a multitude of stakeholders, will be key.

International marketing experience, with time spent in a central role, is what we seek; also candidates with solid blue chip FMCG marketing training.  Personality wise, the Marketing Manager will be confident, outgoing and collaborative.  Natural leadership skills with the ability to influence are also going to be important.
