Our client is the leading manufacturer in its category with a combination of branded and own label products.  The Senior Brand Manager is a newly created position to fulfil two key objectives.  The first is to relaunch the branded portfolio to drive more relevance and modernity to a younger consumer; the second objective is to further strengthen the own label partnership with key high street mults and grocery customers.  This Senior Brand Manager position is a great opportunity to deliver a brand relaunch end to end, including all proposition, positioning and packaging work.  It also provides the opportunity to flex your innovation and commercial muscles towards driving an even broader and more profitable portfolio of retailer branded skus.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a background in FMCG brand marketing; food would be an advantage.  Candidates must be highly strategic in thought, have an excellent focus on activation; be numerate and highly commercial, with previous P&L responsibility.  This is very much a cross functional role where the Senior Brand Manager will manage a number of internal and external stakeholders, so personality is key, as are proven collaboration and communication skills.
