Our respected client is looking for an experienced Online Marketing Manager in their rapidly expanding eCommerce team, based in Greater Manchester. They are an established industry leader, with ambitions to advance their digital marketing strategy and they require an experienced Online Marketing Manager to aid in the development of digital platforms whilst strengthening online presence. You will have significant experience in achieving excellent ROI from developing successful online campaigns whilst continually optimising digital experience.

Responsibilities include:
• Optimising online customer acquisition, retention, conversion and measurement across a suite of B2C sites
• Ensuring all online content is accurate and customer centric
• Identifying new opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion
• Working closely alongside a professional and fast paced marketing team and ensuring online activity is integrated with all marketing and sales activity
• Managing relationships and communication with external digital agencies

Successful candidates will:
• Have a significant background within a commercial environment combined with a history of developing B2C online campaigns across a portfolio of websites
• Possess a demonstrable understanding of online acquisition methods (PPC, SEO etc)
• Have experience planning, implementing and managing Google Analytics/Adwords
• Have confidence managing and directing digital agencies
• Have considerable knowledge of transactional website management and issues of usability
• Have experience in working alongside an ambitious and fast paced digital marketing team
• Have a comprehensive understanding of evolving and monitoring customer experience
