An outstanding opportunity for a talented Social Media Executive to join a vibrant and fast growing Creative Technology company based in London.

The Social Media Executive role is central to the Creative division and will ultimately be responsible for the development and ongoing audience engagement for all social media channels. You will have a pivotal role in developing social media strategy and tracking performance for the business, as well as managing community conversations and making sure all campaigns are in line with the brand's goals.

You will be mainly responsible for:
  • Publishing daily posts for Facebook, Twitter, blogs and any other relevant social media channels
  • Managing and moderating user generated content and post responses including on going conversations and private messages
  • Sourcing imagery for posts and assess overall photography needs
  • Working closely with internal teams to respond to issues and co-ordinate campaign activity
  • Assisting with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy

Your Profile

Our successful candidate will have a broad range of experience including managing and building social media communities for a well-known organization, excellent verbal and digital communication skills and a superb grasp of the English language that resonates well with a socially active audience. They will also encompass the following key attributes:
  • Relevant experience across a mix of media and different project engagements
  • Active involvement in social media activities such as blogging, community development and management
  • Good understanding of popular social networks - design, functionality, users - and what's possible from a technology standpoint
  • Experience developing and implementing tactical plans to build and nurture online communities and engage advocates within the community
  • Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail

  • Experience establishing metrics, uncovering community insights and reporting/recommending strategies
