Account Director – Excellent West London Agency – c£48k plus bonus

Dynamic west London agency seeks a talented Account Director to work on a genuinely integrated account.

The agency will also consider a Junior Account Director or an established Senior Account Manager who is looking to move up.

Reporting to a Group Account Director your responsibilities will include project implementation of client business; preparation of written and verbal presentations, internal and external project management.

You will work on one main client in an Account Director role which has come about due to the account’s growth.

Projects you will work on include and aren’t limited to product launches, digital POS, incentive programmes, display, exhibitions, etc (both B2B and B2C).

In addition, this role offers the Account Director the opportunity to work directly into the CSD on a new client, which requires brand positioning, a new website and a lead generation programme.

The Account Director chosen will be a flexible, personable, bright and capable candidate with proven agency experience having previously worked on major brands.

This is an excellent role and one in which the successful Account Director  will work with their agency colleagues on the strategic direction of client plans so you need to have an understanding and appreciation of the communications mix, with some digital knowledge and a real understanding of marketing.

As the Account Director, you must be able to demonstrate good presentation skills, both oral and written and be capable of delivering a concise and effective presentation in a one-to-one and group situation; structure and write presentation documents; maximise profit potential in existing accounts and identify any new business opportunities.

This role will principally be working on a retail brand helping to develop the UK and EMA business across offline and digital including:

  • New product launches and range expansions, across press, digital, in-store and professional materials
  • UK and EMEA category initiatives, including a huge sponsorship deal
  • Key account initiatives and events
  • Digital initiatives including on-going enhancements to a website
  • Developing new online services including profit calculators, syndicated content and file sharing systems
