Media Manager- BOUTIQUE agency- £40K!

My client is an award winning independent media agency, currently looking for a talented media manager who has a passion for both planning and buying across different platforms and wishes to take that experience to management level.

The role

You will be part of an award winning, boutique media agency with an incredible client list branching from an array of different sectors. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a work place that can offer brilliant career progression, within a fun working environment. The main responsibilities;
  • Taking the lead in planning and buying across all media including press, TV, outdoor and radio
  • Negotiating rates and building up strong relationships with media owners
  • Managing and mentoring junior members of the team- 'lead by example'
  • Demonstrate understanding of the client's business objectives and how to deliver against them
  • Be the core client lead on a day to day basis
  • You will be working across both DR and Brand campaigns

The right person
  • Ideally you will have 4 years' experience planning/ buying traditional media within a media agency environment
  • Previous management experience
  • Experienced in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Fantastic communication and presentation skills
  • Must be analytical and very organized
