International Creative Rich Media Programmatic DSP Advertising Technology company are looking for a UK Commercial Director to lead all Demand Sales efforts with the key Agency Trading Desks, manage a Team and help grow the business within a very exciting space!

This is a great opportunity where you will be able to help mould the direction of a Flexible Digital Technology company that has some excellent USPs and can not only build custom Rich Media Creative for Publishers but then executing those rich-media campaigns at scale across multiple screens.

This Rich Media DSP brings brand advertising to the programmatic era, making rich-media advertising simple, relevant and rewarding for the brand marketer so are in a massive SWEET SPOT within the Digital Marketplace Right now!

With increasing inventory supply from the top publishers across Europe, this business is looking for a Savvy and well-connected Digital Commercial Director to take lead of all UK operations and Trading of all Rich media Budgets to the UK Media Agencies, Trading desks, DSPs, Networks and other exchanges..

As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:

*Leading the UK sales effort and managing a team of 10 direct reports.
*Develop and grow your relationships with your C-Level contacts within Trading desks, agencies, DSPs, advertisers and networks
*Set up senior level Trading deals across the Main agency desks
*Growth of Revenue, profitability and the business across the UK.. with support across EMEA
*Execution of Programmatic Rich Media Strategy
*Build and Grow the Rich Media Programmatic Teams - Demand and Supply Sides
*Growth of Demand Revenue and Sales


*You must be a well known and well connected Senior player within the Digital Advertising Marketplace
*Experience working for s DSP, SSP, Ad exchange would be beneficial
*You must exhibit a strong understanding of ad-serving technology, Programmatic and online media.
*You should possess a very strong network of relationships within the Digital Programmatic or Adserving space with Media Agencies, Trading desks, DSP, Exchanges and advertisers.
*A network of C-level contacts
*Proven business management capabilities with P&L ownership
*Experience in developing sales strategy and methodology for new and innovative software solutions
*Management and proven success in building Commercial Teams.
