The Digital Senior Account Director role

The role is to handle the agency’s largest and best-known account.  This is the agency’s flagship account on which they produce some of their most progressive and creatively driven work.  
The agency has recently won a lot more business from the client.  In addition to handling the more traditional above the line advertising, the agency has scooped up all the digital work and romped home with all the social/content work.  

This is a ££multi million account and digital is at the heart of all their campaigns representing a significant amount of their annual marketing budget.

The role offers real leadership opportunities on a brand that is in the public eye.  You will have day to day contact with senior management with support from a strong team where account handlers are developed very quickly.

The account is large, fast moving and complex. The agency is seeking a confident unflappable individual who is comfortable running multi-channel projects encompassing offline and digital (display, content and social but not design and build).

The account has a large budget and the client has plenty of ambition.  You will have the opportunity to work with super smart, level headed clients on a large, fast moving and complex piece of business.  The clients value responsive, quick thinking individuals who can cover a lot of ground. The ability to grasp brand strategy and be able to champion and recognise great ideas, whatever the channel, are important.

The agency is seeking a Senior Account Director who is digitally savvy and strategically driven who has worked closely with an above the line team.  The role will encompass social, content and campaign development.

This is a meaty role that requires significant plate spinning and strong strategic and creative judgement with the ability to navigate a complex set up of stakeholders and expectations.
