Sponsorship Account Manager - Global Brand Activation Agency - Central London - £22-25K - Permanent

A fantastic opportunity for a Sponsorship Account Manager has arisen within a global brand activation agency based in London.

The role reports into the Account Director and will involve working delivering the UK football sponsorships of one of the biggest brands in the world, focusing on managing high-profile relationships with UK Football Associations and other key stakeholders. This role has great progression opportunities and will pave the way to a promising sponsorship and account management career for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager will include:
*Management of the relationship with UK Football associations across all levels
*Becoming and maintaining position as key point of contact and responsible for the successful continuation of these long-standing partnerships
*Under the guidance of the Account Director, management of the activation of sponsored properties (and contracts with each UK Football Association) including UKFA Community Awards
*Financial management of key budgets, including forecasting invoicing and day-to-day management
*Managing day-to-day business whilst providing strategic support to the Account Director, as needed

The successful candidate will:
*Ideally, but not essentially, have at least 2 years working in partnership marketing and/or with a rights holder
*Have an appreciation of sport, and what sponsorship is within sport
*Have a strong creative flair and understanding of the creative process
*Be a self-starter who can manage their own projects
*Ideally, but not essentially have experience working with the UK Football Associations or within football (with a good working knowledge of the UKFAs and football structure and governance)
