This is an opportunity to join the leading CRM/Integrated agency in the UK whose innovation in using technology and digital strategy to deliver brand experiences are pioneering within the industry. This is a Board Associate Director position with senior management responsibilities working towards clients’ needs and driving the agency to meeting those expectations.

You will be accountable for a potentially £1m piece of business working closely with the Managing Director developing eCRM strategies the meet brand objectives and targets set by the client. Along with managing account, planning, data and creative teams it is your role to inspire and create open dialogue throughout the agency at all levels and in all functions.

It is essential you have prior experience of developing complex Marketing comms (with a Digital, Direct, CRM bias) for high volume comms brands and have exposure to utilising and engaging the agency’s experience in design, commerce, content across all platforms.

Your remit will allow you to ensure the agency’s project/campaign delivery is on time and budget across the account group and that profitability, client satisfaction and new business growth are focused on simultaneously.

The successful candidate will possess senior level experience (ideally from a similar scale agency, 250+), a breadth of client sector knowledge and tangible expertise within CRM. The account is a new client and therefore of huge importance to the agency and your chance to shape the next phase of development for the business.
