The role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and tenacious Creative Director with the ability to energise, motivate and deliver results through others. You will be comfortable with using a collaborative leadership style with proven experience of leading a high performance Creative team in a fully integrated B2B marketing environment. You will be a practiced mentor able to inspire respect and build strong, engaging relationships with internal teams and clients.  You will be a flexible and inventive person with a natural intellectual curiosity who thrives on using logical thinking to provide creative solutions to problems.

Key Deliverables

  • Create, own and deliver the Creative team vision
  • Develop and manage an effective Creative process
  • Work with Associate Directors to develop the Creative proposition and identify growth markets for Creative Services
  • Responsible for the quality of Creative output:
  • Grounded in great marketing thinking
  • Delivered on time and to budget
  • Delighting clients – by proactively suggesting new ways of working and seeing
  • Support new business process with winning concepts and creative solutions
  • Mentors and provides leadership for the creative team; nurtures talent
  • Firestarter: creates spark, inspires and cajoles everyone (colleagues and clients) to go above and beyond
  • The voice of the Creative team:
  • Sells the creative vision and creative solution
  • Owns the Creative teams relationships with other TMP teams
  • Works to foster a spirit of co-operation throughout the company
  • Board and Management team reporting

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience of leading a high performance Creative team in a B2B environment
  • Experience of working across copy, print and digital disciplines
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Ability to understand complex propositions and marketing challenges and propose effective creative solutions
  • Experience of B2B marketing and understanding of (our clients’) Enterprise sales challenges
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills
  • Experience of implementing processes and practices to ensure sustainable growth
  • Ability to engage senior client stakeholders with marketing-led ideas and creative
  • Ability to assess the effectiveness of creative solutions and inspire the best from your team
