Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is likely to be at brand manager level already but ready to step up to more responsibility and autonomy.  Classic FMCG training and full mix experience, (where you have worked on well known consumer brands within the UK), is a pre-requisite for this challenging role. You’ll thrive under pressure and will have strong analytical thinking skills – able to pull together a strong business case based on clear consumer insights.  Tenacity, drive for results and strong cross functional team working skills are important.  You’ll have masses of projects to juggle in this exciting role along with the opportunity to show your flair and ability to senior management.
