Core Focus of Head of Digital :

  •   Build and lead the agency’s digital initiatives MEA.  This involves managing a team of digital practice leads and establishing/contributing to creative ideation and campaign strategy/structure for clients across the agency.
  •   Large focus on winning and growing business.  This involves leading/participating in new business pitches across multiple markets, and driving organic growth through existing clients
  •   Ensuring that we are attracting and retaining a world class team of digital specialists and generalists to create award winning work.
  •   Continuing the momentum of building out a full suite of digital services that are appropriate for the business and region as well as capitalizing on current offerings. 
  •   Overseeing the development and delivery of training to the business that helps address the fast and exciting changes taking place within our business for our colleagues and clients.
  •   Create and drive a culture of creativity and digital excellence through a variety of internal and external programmes that recognize, champion and reward best practice.

Desired Skills and Experience

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

  •   5+ years of experience bringing digital campaigns to life using emerging media
  •   Outstanding communication skills to successfully present program recommendations and establish trusted relationships with senior clients
  •   Prior agency experience imperative
