Global Brand Manager - FMCG/Drinks / SW London / up to £58k + 30% Bonus + Package

A Drinks business is looking to hire a Brand Manager to work in their Global Marketing team based in south-west London. They manufacture household name Spirits, and this role will be tasking with working on one of their pillar brands. The company is unique among its competitors due to its structure, and is a culturally brilliant place for ambitious people to flourish. They operate in a number of markets and regions, and are poised for significant growth.

The individual that the business is looking to hire will have a strategic mindset, their work will feed into the development of Global Brand Strategy and also its implementation. They will also have significant global-local experience of implementing Marketing and Brand Strategy across a number of channels (ATL, BTL, TTL, Digital), therefore remote stakeholder management will be a must. This person will also input significantly into the measurement of strategic performance in line with the brand goals.

Core Requirements for the Position:

  • A strong understanding of the Category and the Spirits market as a whole
  • Evidence of working with Local Marketing & Distribution teams to implement Regional / Global Brand Strategy
  • Commercial nous – an understanding of how campaign spend can translate into profit for the business
  • Collaborative and team-oriented – the business has a strong family feel to it, and the successful applicant will be a person who is able to integrate well

Key Experience:

  • Extensive (5+ years) experience working within Brand Management ideally within the Drinks sector (wider FMCG will also be considered)
  • Experience of working in a Global or Regional capacity
  • A track-record of developing and delivering well-executed marketing programmes to drive brand growth
  • Evidence of successfully implementing brand strategies across a variety of different markets
  • Demonstrable commercial delivery over the medium- to long-term on an international Brand
