My client, a leading provider of technology services and solutions to the finance and professional services sectors, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and producing all online marketing activity for the business. This role will also provide development opportunities for the right candidate as they will be able to help shape what the online marketing function and presence looks like, as they are in a period of transition and improvement.

Key responsibilities;

• Use HTML expertise to build and distribute e-marketing communications
• Design professional e-marketing templates that reflect company branding
• Prepare campaign reports to analyse campaign ROI, and constantly improve marketing activity
• Ensure all digital marketing campaigns and online activity remain within the agreed campaign budget
• Check website functionality on a daily basis
• Take responsibility for keeping the content on the websites relevant, interesting and up to date with campaign material, press releases, events and news.
• Builds social media presence and visibility to support planned marketing activity and to facilitate engagement with our audiences on an on-going basis
• Sets the tone and the guidelines for social media use across the business.
• Responsible for all online
• Accurately monitor and capture all incoming, campaign and event leads generated from digital and online activity
• Maintain a good working knowledge of CRM systems
• Review competitors and press sites on a weekly basis
• Help design and maintain marketing collateral

Essential experience;

• Degree educated or understanding of Marketing principals across the mix - mainly B2B
• Experience of writing, producing and sending e-marketing communications and subsequent campaign analysis
• Experience of developing and improving websites, including architecture, copy, design and SEO
• Experience of delivering social media, blogs and online advertising campaigns
• Experience of HTML design software
• Desirable experience
• Qualified CIM preferably with a digital bias
• Experience of briefing and working with agencies
• Experience of using desktop design and publishing packages (including InDesign, Adobe Photoshop)
