Global Trading Manager - Top 10 Media Agency

The Role

* As a Global Trading Manager you will sit in a Global Central Trading team and you will take trading responsibility (across all media) for a range of international clients, including on: structuring trading commitments, designing commercial terms (buying fees/commissions/incentives/bonuses) and value management to maximise revenue.
* As a Global Trading Manager you will work collaboratively with client teams to improve their understanding of trading value management and delivery.
* Provide clear leadership and stewardship of local trading teams in delivering against international trading
* Encourage and facilitate the sharing of best trading practice between markets
*Take responsibility for becoming the expert on a number of local markets within the global trading team
*Share the trading responsibilities on new business across the global trading team.

Your Profile

* You may currently be working at a Media Agency in an International team in a trading or analytical role, or you may be working in a numerical role at a media owner or within media auditing currently.
* Solid understanding of local media landscapes and trading dynamics: Essential across EMEA markets and nice to have across North America, APAC and LATAM
* Experience of dealing with a variety of local market teams and coaching in the provision of trading information requirements.
* Confident in presenting to senior clients on trading performance and related issues and happy to challenge when required.
* Commercial mindset and clear understanding of the financial implications of trading -related decisions.
* Excellent numerical analysis skills and attention to detail
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint.
