This superb integrated agency with highly impressive offices in Birmingham is now recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to support all aspects of online and offline activity.
You could be working on projects that will vary from small "one off" projects through to large integrated client accounts, which will initially focus on b2b clients. These roles are not to be missed and will open the door of opportunity to allow you to become part of a very well established team in the Midlands. Key responsibilities will involve supporting the Project Manager(s) on project delivery for the full life cycle of projects from handover to the sales team, contributing to project plans, coordinating and managing on-going progress, collating statistics and cost information, attending project meetings and ensuring actions are communicated and implemented effectively. In addition, you will write client contact reports, liaise directly with clients and ensure to keep up to date with project administration duties.
As a person you will be highly organised with excellent planning skills, have experience of working within an advertising agency on b2b accounts, have superb attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a flexible, adaptable, proactive approach. Someone who is able to deliver effective and efficient results in a fast paced but fun environment.
