The company is a popular high street retailer that produce some really exciting print collateral.

Their current in house team is split into a design and artworking function. It is within the Design team that you will sit, but will be working very closely with the Artworkers to ensure that the print collateral is executed to the highest standard. In total the print team compromises of 10 staff which increases with freelance resource during peak season.

The company pride themselves on their fantastic culture which promotes creativity and the close working nature of the team. They also invest heavily in development and training and always look to promote internally in the first instance. Social events are also a regular occurrence which further promotes the culture and great working environment.

You will join the vibrant in house team as a Mid Weight Designer working solely on print collateral which covers; POS, packaging and brochures.

The work will involve projects where you are able to get involved at the very start of the concept stage bringing to the table some fantastic ideas. It will also involve projects where you will be redesign previous campaigns and freshening them up for new seasons.

The artworking team will see everything through to print however you will need to work closely with them to ensure this is all completed to a high standard.

As an In House Designer an expert knowledge of CS6 is essential, in particular there is a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator.

Retail experience is a must as is previous POS and Packaging experience.

You must get on well within a team and a great personality would set you out from the crowd.
