Guided by its Innovation Council, NEF: The Innovation Institute influences policy and supports its members, partners and stakeholders to achieve performance excellence and stimulate innovation.

An exciting opportunity to join an innovative and growing professional body to promote their educational programmes across digital platforms to increase online traffic, membership and lead generation.

As the Marketing & Events Executive you will be required to:

*    Develop and integrate marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms

*    Manage and deliver marketing campaigns that maximise ROI and reach

*    Coordinate and promote events, including Masterclasses, Think Tanks and the Institute’s annual conference

*    Integrate marketing into social media, giving customers dual visibility of the 'products'

*    Bringing innovation and creativity to campaigns to drive acquisition and retention of customers

*    Develop links with journalists and communications channels with a focus on social media

*    Provide administrative support duties to the Directors. 

Education & Experience:

*    Graduate, ideally in digital marketing or communications

*    Demonstrable background in digital marketing, with a proven ability in marketing automation

*    Experience of working with a CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)

*    Experience in email campaigns, list sourcing and database management

*    Excellent writing skills

*    Excellent organisational skills and advanced MS office skills

*    Ability to work across multiple tasks simultaneously, both as part of a team and unsupervised on solo projects

*    Experience of digital marketing tools and software e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms as well as CMS systems 

*    Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

*    Passion for digital and creative and how to cross sell products across platforms
